Email [email protected] for support.
Include the email address on your Kelpo account and a short description of the issue.
2. Account Help
Contact support if you need help with:
- Sign-in issues or verification email problems.
- Password reset issues.
- Account deletion or data access requests.
- Unexpected progress or saved-word sync problems.
3. Subscription Help
If you subscribed through Apple, billing is managed by Apple.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
- Request refunds through Apple when applicable.
- Use Restore Purchases in the app if access does not appear correctly.
If restore does not fix the issue, email support with your account email and a short description.
4. Response Expectations
Support requests are handled by email. For the fastest response, include:
- Your device type and iOS version.
- The app version if available.
- Screenshots or a short screen recording for visual issues.
- Any error message shown in the app.
