1. Contact

Email [email protected] for support.

Include the email address on your Kelpo account and a short description of the issue.

2. Account Help

Contact support if you need help with:

  • Sign-in issues or verification email problems.
  • Password reset issues.
  • Account deletion or data access requests.
  • Unexpected progress or saved-word sync problems.

3. Subscription Help

If you subscribed through Apple, billing is managed by Apple.

  • Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
  • Request refunds through Apple when applicable.
  • Use Restore Purchases in the app if access does not appear correctly.

If restore does not fix the issue, email support with your account email and a short description.

4. Response Expectations

Support requests are handled by email. For the fastest response, include:

  • Your device type and iOS version.
  • The app version if available.
  • Screenshots or a short screen recording for visual issues.
  • Any error message shown in the app.
