By accessing or using Kelpo, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Kelpo. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Kelpo only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities that occur under your account.

Kelpo is a language-learning service built around reading, listening, vocabulary review, account-based progress, personalization, and subscription access to paid content.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Some Kelpo features require a paid subscription. Pricing, renewal cadence, and available plans may vary by platform, region, and promotional offer.

If you subscribe through Apple, billing is handled by Apple under its own terms. Renewals, cancellations, and refunds are generally managed through your Apple account settings, not directly through Kelpo.

Kelpo may use third-party subscription infrastructure to validate entitlement status and restore access across supported clients.

You agree not to:

• Use the service in violation of law or another person's rights.
• Attempt to interfere with, probe, or gain unauthorized access to Kelpo systems or accounts.
• Reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or build competing services from the product except where law clearly permits it.
• Use the service to transmit malware, spam, abusive content, or fraudulent activity.
• Share account access in a way that bypasses intended subscription or authentication controls.

Kelpo and its related software, design, branding, story presentation, and original content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these terms.

If you submit feedback, suggestions, support messages, or other content to Kelpo, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that material to operate, improve, and promote the service.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit any content you send us and that doing so does not violate any law or another person's rights.

Kelpo is an educational product. We do not guarantee any particular learning outcome, fluency result, subscription conversion result, or uninterrupted availability of any story, chapter, or feature.

We may suspend or terminate access to Kelpo if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, or if we reasonably need to do so for security or legal reasons.

You may stop using Kelpo at any time.

Kelpo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kelpo and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

We may update the service and these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated terms and revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws that apply where Kelpo operates, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where local consumer law requires otherwise.
